He brings to Ninth Dimension 29+ rich years of experience in sales, marketing management, and technical leadership in the high-tech industry. He also brings to Ninth Dimension his entrepreneurial spirit that drives his desire to build an idea from its inception, and help nurture and grow it, to a size that would have an impact on the space that it was created to be in.

He has Cross-functional process and operations experience and track record in developing and monetizing new businesses. At Ninth Dimension as Chief Mentor, he will look at Strategy, Re-engineering, Marketing, Transformation & Nurturing.

Rajani has 17 years of professional experience with extensive exposure to the areas of Customers service and Human resources and has worked with large corporations like GE Capital and First Source.

She has outstanding success in managing customer relationships, grievance handling, trouble shooting, process improvement, change management and analytics. She also brings to the table key skills with regards to employee engagement that include attrition analysis, quality control, process improvement, organization effectiveness and resource allocation with Nature of clientele handled spanning across verticals like Banking, IT, Pharmaceutical, Insurance and manufacturing.

Dr. Swamy is a technocrat with 25 years of rich professional experience with strong exposure to the areas of Datacenter, IT Infra structure covering Plan, Design, architect, Design and Build Data Center, Best Practices, Call/Contact center, procurement and lead all critical IT initiatives.

Prior to Ninth Dimension Swamy worked with Corporate like Iron Mountain, Guhring, Moxie with Outstanding success in areas of building and operating Datacenters. He worked along with with key corporate decision-makers with his team in reducing costs with excellent levels of customer retention and loyalty. Dr. Swamy brings expertise on Datacenter, Storage, Virtualization and Communication with knowledge on technologies to help build complex IT environments.

Vinay brings along 20 plus years of rich Network & Information Security experience across diverse market conditions and industries. Having worked with multiple organizations, he has deep understanding in Network infra and datacentre consulting.

Prior to joining Ninth Dimension, Vinay had worked with 22 by7 Solutions Pvt Ltd, Prudente Solutions Pvt Ltd etc. He is always up to date with industry trends and developments. He possesses strong leadership qualities and diverse experience in designing, deployment and management of network Solutions based on customer requirement.
