Ideal Profile of the Candidate

Someone experienced in true/ complex solution that require strong business analytic and decision- making skills. The candidate will be selling an advanced security consulting and solution portfolio that empower organizations to better understand and manage their cyber security risk. Candidate would be responsible for Building Security Business pipeline & achieve the Security Annual targets in the large enterprise and assigned (BFSI/MFG/ITS/GOV) segment.

Desired Skill Set

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of information security experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent understanding of information security and risk frameworks/standards (ISO 27001/2,
    NIST 800 series, PCI-DSS, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of key risk areas such as cyber risk, compliance risk and regulatory risk
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Pre-sales environment & cyber security Deployment
  • Ability to design, build, test and implement cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong in cloud architecture and multiple domain experience
  • Experience in creating maintaining technical roadmaps and reviewing new systems services
  • Security or Architecture specific certification is an added advantage (ex: CISSP, SANS GIAC, SABSA, TOGAF etc.)
  • Build or defend solution proposals Certifications: CISSP or Equivalent in the security domain – Optional One or more security solution certifications is mandatory
  • MUST have experience in preselling Network Control & Security Solutions, Vulnerability Testing Services, cloud security solutions and underpinning services.
  • Have 6+ years of experience in tender/bid management
  • Should be able to design security portfolios like SOC services, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning
  • Ability to prioritise and validate the threats, define principles, policies, standards, and governance
  • Experience in working with Cloud environment for MSP / IT solutions provider
  • Technical presales engagements with new customers and existing stakeholders
  • Design security controls and guiding their use for both on-premise technologies and cloud-hosted solutions
  • Should be able to work in and across large geo-dispersed teams
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential materials.
  • Leverage your understanding of market requirements, service delivery requirements, and relevant market forces to support PMO build successful security services
  • Build extensive knowledge about your markets and product/service areas.
  • Create and maintain an environment of transparency, accountability, and success with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Word) and project management software
